Sigma cleaning cards are specialise cleaning tools designed to remove dirt, dust, and other debris from the card printer. 

The cards are made of soft, lint-free material and pre-moistened with a cleaning solution that dissolves dirt and other contaminants on the printer's rollers and surfaces. These cards should be inserted after every 500 card print, after the ribbons are replaced or if your printhead has been replaced to ensure that your card printer is kept clean and away from costly repairs. 
 
When the card is run through the printer's rollers, it gently removes any buildup and leaves behind a clean and functioning device.
